WHAT WE OFFER

ANCHOR INITIATIVES is a non-profit, purchase program whose main goal is to provide home ownership opportunities to everyday working families and individuals. All of our homes are newly remodeled with brand new appliances? We provide property management FREE OF CHARGE for one full year so that the participants don't have to worry about anything! 

That includes:

* Finding tenants

* Lease

* Rent collections

* Maintenance and repairs

ANCHOR INITIATIVES is a national nonprofit organization working with the nation’s largest financial institutions and local housing providers across the U.S. to reclaim neighborhoods hard hit by high levels of foreclosure and abandonment. We focus on 2-4 flat units to allow homeowners to live in one unit while renting out the other unit(s) which will offset more than half of the monthly mortgage costs and in most cases, serve as an additional income. 

ANCHOR INITIATIVES supports the stabilization of distressed neighborhoods by ensuring local housing providers have the right tools to transform empty, foreclosed properties into community assets that increase the stock of affordable ownership and rental housing for working families.
